About the opportunity:

We are now looking for an Experienced Offset Printer to join our team in Arndell Park, NSW.

Reporting to the Operations/Production Manager, Cartons, you will be an integral member of the Production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate offset printing presses efficiently and safely.

- Produce high-quality printed carton packaging to customer specifications.

- Monitor print quality throughout production runs and adjust as required.

- Ensure jobs are completed within production schedules and quality standards.

- Minimise waste and maximise machine efficiency.

- Complete routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and housekeeping tasks.

- Adhere to GMP, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

- Collaborate with production, quality,



and pre-press teams to achieve production targets.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- 3+ years' experience as an Offset Printer, ideally within folding carton or carton board printing.

- A formal qualification in Printing or a relevant trade certificate.

- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills.

- Be a team player that can communicate effectively across multiple work groups.

- Able to work autonomously and are self-motivated.

- To have high attention to detail and proud of your work standard – quality focus.
