The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team here with us in Karratha in a residential role or on a FIFO basis on a 2:1 roster.

As a Superintendent, you will be the key liaison between project management and site operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of activities in office, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role provides direct leadership to Supervisors, Leading Hands, and subcontractors and is accountable for executing programs, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and company systems

Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations across all disciplines including earthworks, roads, drainage, and structures
- Support project management in developing and maintaining construction programs




- Directly supervise and support Site Supervisors, Forepersons and crews
- Act as the point of contact for client-side representatives and consultants on site matters
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Provide regular project updates to senior management

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction projects
- S26 Statutory Supervisor certification
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
