- Develop your clinical knowledge and skills through supervision, reflective practice, feedback and ongoing learning.

You will be supported to work within your current level of knowledge and experience, while progressively developing your clinical responsibility and confidence as your skills and competency grow.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated understanding of professional boundaries, confidentiality, clinical governance and ethical practice.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning, reflective practice, clinical supervision and incorporating feedback to develop professional and clinical practice.
- Demonstrated ability to work within one's level of knowledge, skills and experience, seek assistance and utilise supervision appropriately, with a commitment to progressively developing clinical responsibility and managing increasing complexity as competency develops.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
