Assistant/Junior Project Manager (Client Side)

Position Description:

This Junior/Assistant Project Manager role sits within a small, high‑performing client‑side consultancy delivering superintendency, PM and advisory services across built‑form projects. The team manages a steady pipeline of work from repeat clients and word‑of‑mouth, covering childcare, community housing, fitouts, offices, QSR, apartments and more.

You’ll support senior PMs who are stretched across multiple projects and regular site visits. The role focuses on taking on meaningful project tasks, site coordination and documentation, while learning directly from experienced leaders who value honesty, communication and efficiency.

This is a great opportunity for someone confident on site, comfortable with trades and keen to grow in a flexible, supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior PMs with project coordination and delivery
- Attend site meetings and engage with trades/stakeholders
- Support superintendency and contract admin (AS4000/AS2124)
- Prepare reports, minutes and project documentation
- Manage day‑to‑day tasks across varied asset classes
- Represent the business professionally with clients

About You:





- Ideally 3–5 years’ construction or site‑based experience
- Confident on site and comfortable with trades
- Honest, reliable and willing to learn
- Strong communicator who can represent senior PMs
- Experience with EOTs, NODs and contract frameworks (advantageous)
