The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our vibrant, growing Mortgage Settlements team in Sydney. This is a dynamic role offering exposure to a broad range of mortgage settlement and conveyancing matters, with a solid focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client service.

About the Role

- Checking and verifying signed loan documents

- Liaising with key stakeholders to coordinate and manage settlements





- Accurately entering information into the PEXA system.

- General file management and updating of internal systems

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience or knowledge in the mortgage industry as a paralegal, conveyancer, or verifications officer is desirable

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

- Highly developed customer service skills

- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
