Multiple positions are available - Store Manager | Assistant Store Manager | Casual Retail Assistants

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic staff to join our busy fruit and vegetable business.

We have three types of positions available, from experienced management roles to causal retail positions.

1. Store Manager - We are seeking an experience Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fruit and vegetable shop.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing day-to-day store operations

- Leading, supervising and supporting staff

- Managing Rosters and staff performance

- Overseeing Stock control, ordering and deliveries

- Maintaining high standards of produce quality and presentation

- Ensuring excellent customer service

- Managing stock wastage and maintaining store cleanliness

- Ensuring workplace safety and compliance

Requirements

- Previous retail management experience

- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and make decisions

- Experience in fresh produce or grocery retail preferred

2. Assistant Store Manager - We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help keep the shop running smoothly

Kep Requirements

- Assisting with daily store operations

- Supervising and supporting retail staff

- Assisting with stock ordering, replenishment and presentation

- Proving excellent customer service

- Helping manage deliveries and stock rotation





- Taking responsibility for store operations when the Store Manager is unavailable

Requirements

- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred

- Robust communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to take initiative and lead by example

- Good organisation and problem-solving skills

1. Casual Retail Assistants - We are seeking friendly and reliable casual team members to assist with daily shop operations

Key Responsibilities

- Serving customers and operating registers

- Restocking fruit and vegetable displays

- Sorting, packing and rotating fresh produce

- Maintaining a clean and organised store

- Assisting with deliveries and general shop duties

Requirements

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Reliable and punctual

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to undertake physical duties

- Availability for early starts and weekends

- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
