As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll sit at the heart of a high-performing marketing function, working on exciting projects and learning from genuine experts. You’ll get real exposure, real responsibility and a clear runway to grow your career with a brand that opens doors.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of projects, from planning through to launch and beyond
- Write, proof and manage engaging content for EDMs, social media, websites and project collateral
- Help plan and deliver launches, events and sales activations, including time on site and offsite
- Work closely with sales, development and project teams to keep messaging, timing and pricing accurate
- Brief and manage agencies, designers and suppliers, keeping every deliverable on time, on budget and on brand
- Oversee approvals, signage, advertising and collateral to ensure a consistent, polished brand presence
- Track campaign performance, prepare reporting and share insights that shape what happens next
- Keep an eye on competitor activity and market trends to help sharpen strategy

What you’ll bring

- 2 to 5 years of marketing experience with a property developer or volume builder, with a solid understanding of the local Melbourne residential market




- A degree in Marketing or a closely related discipline
- A basic understanding of the development and construction process, from land acquisition through to build and settlement
- Initiative: you spot what needs doing and get on with it, rather than waiting to be asked
- Polished writing skills and exceptional attention to detail, suited to a premium, design-led brand
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Strong organisation, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with confidence
- Enthusiasm for the property industry and for building a long-term career
- Availability for a full-time, office-based role, with site visits and offsite meetings and events as part of the mix
