Sydney Tools is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Field Merchandiser to join our team, supporting stores across Tamworth, Bathurst, Orange and Dubbo.

This isn't your typical retail position. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple store locations, create eye-catching product displays and play an important role in delivering the high presentation standards our customers expect.

Your Role – Make Every Store Look Its Best!

As a Field Merchandiser, you'll travel across our regional NSW store network,



working with store teams to ensure products are displayed professionally, promotions stand out and every store reflects Sydney Tools' merchandising standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Store Presentation: Maintain attractive, organised and professional product displays across allocated stores.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement planograms, merchandising guidelines and product layouts.
- Promotional Displays: Set up promotional campaigns, seasonal displays and point-of-sale materials.
- Product Placement: Ensure products are positioned correctly, clearly labelled and easy for customers to locate.
- Stock Presentation: Replenish shelves, organise merchandise and keep display areas neat and tidy.
- New Product Launches: Assist with introducing new products and updating store layouts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store managers and retail teams to achieve consistent presentation standards.
- Quality & Consistency: Identify merchandising improvements and help maintain a high standard across the regional store network.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in the details and can confidently manage their responsibilities across different store locations.

You'll bring:





- Experience in retail, visual merchandising, stock presentation or store operations (preferred but not essential).
- A strong eye for detail and a passion for creating well-presented retail environments.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- A proactive, reliable attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with different store teams.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative and contribute to a growing business.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between regional NSW store locations.
