? BOILERMAKER / WELDER WANTED

Sick of being just another number? Come build something worth talking about.

We’re looking for a good boilermaker/welder who knows their way around steel, takes pride in their work, and doesn’t need someone standing over their shoulder all day.

We’re not after someone who just turns up, burns a few rods and watches the clock. We want someone who can read a drawing, think on their feet, put together quality work and have a laugh along the way.

? What’s in it for you?

· Interesting and varied work — not the same boring job every day.

· A good crew that works hard but knows how to have a laugh.

· A workshop where quality matters and good workmanship gets noticed.

· The opportunity to get stuck into fabrication, welding, steelwork and general boilermaking.

· Competitive pay for the right person.

· A workplace where you’re treated like a person, not just another employee.

? What we’re looking for

· Trade-qualified boilermaker or a welder with solid fabrication experience.

· Someone who can read and interpret workshop drawings.

· Confident with MIG, TIG and/or stick welding, depending on the job.

· A practical thinker who can measure twice, cut once and make things fit.

· Reliable, safety-conscious and proud of the finished product.

· Someone who can work independently and be part of a team.

? The sort of person who’ll fit in

You take pride in a good weld, know the difference between a quick fix and a proper job, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when things get busy.

You don’t have to be the loudest bloke in the workshop — just someone who knows their trade, backs themselves and gets the job done right.

Think you’ve got what it takes?

Send us a message or give us a call. Tell us a bit about yourself and what you can bring to the team.

Good people are hard to find, and we’re happy to pay for the right one.
