About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading our Manor Lakes Village service.

You will be responsible for building a strong and engaged team, establishing operational excellence, driving enrolments and occupancy growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional early childhood education and care.

Working closely with our Operations and Support Office teams, you will have the opportunity to shape the centre's culture, establish strong relationships with families and create a welcoming and inspiring environment for children and educators.

We are seeking a proactive, commercially aware and people focused leader who can confidently manage the challenges and opportunities that come with leading a brand new service.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the day to day operations and overall performance of the new centre
• Build, mentor and develop a passionate and high performing team
• Establish a positive, inclusive and team-oriented centre culture
• Support recruitment, onboarding and team development
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
• Drive enrolments, family engagement and occupancy growth
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community




• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Manage staffing, budgets, centre performance and operational outcomes
• Establish effective systems, processes and operational standards
• Promote educator engagement, wellbeing and professional development
• Create a safe, welcoming and high quality learning environment

About You
• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Proven experience as a Centre Manager within a long day care environment
• Previous experience opening or leading a new centre will be highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, mentor and develop successful teams
• Proven experience driving occupancy, enrolments and operational performance
• Strong business acumen and understanding of centre financial performance
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship building skills
• Ability to confidently manage change and establish a positive team culture
• Passion for delivering high quality education and care
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• Valid Working With Children Check
