About the role

This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of our electrical and installation business. You will work closely with management to help coordinate jobs, communicate with customers and electricians, maintain accurate job information and ensure completed installations progress through to invoicing.

EnviroGroup has been helping Victorian homes and businesses go solar and electrify for over 22 years. Based in Coburg North, we design and install solar, battery, hot water and electrification solutions for a large residential and commercial client base.

Key responsibilities

- Answering incoming phone calls and emails

- Booking and scheduling installations and service jobs

- Assisting with daily scheduling and job allocation

- Communicating with customers regarding bookings, attendance and job updates

- Creating and updating jobs in our job management system

- Reviewing completed jobs and ensuring required information has been provided





- Following up electricians and installers for job notes, photos, compliance certificates and documentation

- Preparing completed jobs for invoicing

- Assisting with purchase orders and supplier documentation

- General data entry and administration

About you

- Has previous administration or office experience (experience in the electrical, solar or trade industry is a bonus)

- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks

- Has strong written and verbal communication skills

- Is confident speaking with customers, electricians and installers

- Has good computer skills and is comfortable learning current systems

- Has excellent attention to detail

- Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done

- Can prioritise urgent tasks in a busy environment

- Is reliable and consistent

- Works well within a small team
