A private farm in Southwest Australia is expanding its team. West Kong Agricultural Management is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and resourceful individual and an experienced Fruit Farm Worker to join their team on a full time basis as soon as possible.

The position is located near Donnybrook. The suitable candidate will be responsible for:

- Planting, pruning and caring for fruit trees & plants according to established guidelines

- Monitoring and managing irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of crops

- Applying fertilisers, pesticides and other chemicals as needed

- Monitoring crop health and identifying signs of diseases, pests or other issues

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the orchards.

Skills required:





- Knowledge of how to harvest different types of fruit efficiently and without damaging the crops iscrucial

- Paying close attention to detail is essential to ensure that fruits are harvested at the right time & sorted properly

- Good time management skills can help ensure that tasks are completed on schedule

- Being flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances is essential in this role

Annual remuneration: $63,000 - $65,000 + superannuation
