About the role

We are seeking multiple roles as a NDIS Supported Employee Support Worker at our Material Recovery Facility in Bundaberg. These are casual roles which will part of a small team of NDIS Support Workers, you will:

- Assist participants on-the-job to develop and maintain their employment and employment skills

- Provide advocacy and support for supported employees during their employment lifecycle





- Assist participants to implement their NDIS goals through personal development in the workplace

- Complete daily case notes and online records to meet contractual requirements

About you

- A minimum of a Certificate III in Disability Support or Individual Support or a related field

- Have previous experience in working with people with a disability or mental health condition.

- A track record in creating an inclusive workplace which empowers people

- A working understanding of the Disability Services Act 2206 or the National Standards for Mental Health Services

- An ability to work with a compliance framework

- A current drivers' license
