Four Leaf Milling is a grain milling business focused on producing high-quality flour and grain-based products.

We are a hands-on, practical team that values quality, reliability and doing things properly. We are looking for a motivated person to join our production team as a Full-Time Mill Operator and play an important role in our day-to-day milling operations.

About the Role

As a Mill Operator, you will be involved across the production process, from operating milling equipment through to packing, quality control, cleaning and general maintenance.

This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems and being part of a production team.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Operating and monitoring milling and grain processing equipment

- Monitoring product flow and adjusting equipment as required

- Filling, weighing, labelling and sewing bags

- Preparing, wrapping and weighing pallets and customer orders

- Carrying out quality control checks to maintain product consistency

- Recording production information, quality results and equipment performance

- Identifying and troubleshooting operational or mechanical issues





- Assisting with routine equipment maintenance and cleaning

- Maintaining clean and organised production and work areas

- Following food safety, workplace safety and production procedures

- Working closely with other team members to achieve daily production requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical and willing to get involved.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in grain milling, food manufacturing, production, agriculture or a similar environment

- Experience operating machinery or production equipment

- A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

- Positive attention to detail and a focus on producing a quality product

- A strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- The ability to work safely and follow procedures

- Good organisational and time-management skills

- The physical ability to undertake a hands-on production role

- Forklift licence is desired
