Working closely with our Managing Director and Administration Team Leader, you will prepare detailed estimates, coordinate project information, and help ensure seamless handovers from quotation through to construction.
This role is primarily office-based during the initial training period, with the Managing Director conducting client consultations and providing project information for estimation. Following successful completion of training and probation, flexible hybrid working arrangements will be available, including a combination of office, site, and work-from-home days.

- Coordinate project schedules, procurement requirements, and construction handovers.
- Assist with variation pricing, material ordering, supplier coordination, and subcontractor engagement.
- Proactively identify construction risks, site constraints, and potential project bottlenecks before project commencement.
Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain and improve estimating templates, pricing databases, and workflow systems.
- Utilise emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and accuracy across estimating and project management processes.
- Ensure all documentation, records, and quotations meet company standards and performance targets.
- Identify and pursue tender opportunities through councils, builders, developers, and online procurement platforms including VendorPanel.

We're seeking a highly organised and commercially minded individual who combines technical knowledge with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in estimating, project administration, project coordination, or a similar role within landscaping, civil, or construction industries
OR
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Landscape Supervisor, Foreman, Site Manager, or Project Manager
You will also demonstrate:
