Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic team at our Fulham Gardens site. If you're enthusiastic, respectful, and willing to learn, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a progressive role where you'll make a real difference in the lives of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and deliver a high-quality educational program based on Montessori principles

- Engage with children in practical life, sensory experiences, mathematics, culture, and language activities

- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and enriching learning environment

- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding child development

- Uphold the values of integrity, excellence,



and passion within the classroom and wider center

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education

- Montessori qualifications or experience (highly desirable)

- Team player with strong collaboration skills

- Enthusiastic, respectful, and eager to learn

- Experience in early childhood education is beneficial but not required
