About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager,



you will be one of the first points of contact for patients, families, and visitors. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our medical centres.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment bookings, patient enquiries, and reception activities
- Answer incoming calls and coordinate calendars efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
- Process medical and allied health billings and invoices
- Support NDIS, Support at Home, and WorkCover administrative processes
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives and accreditation requirements
- Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams across multiple sites
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic

About You

You are a proactive and adaptable administration professional who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service in a healthcare setting.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in Medical Reception or Healthcare Administration
- Strong experience using Best Practice software (2+ years preferred)
- Experience with allied health billing
- Exposure to NDIS, Support at Home and/or WorkCover invoicing (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- The ability to confidently manage competing priorities in a busy environment




- High-level computer skills across Microsoft Office and clinical management systems
- A professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information
- A positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Willingness to travel between TLC Medical Centre locations
- Current NDIS Check (including Police Check)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- Full Australian working rights
