Workforce International is currently recruiting reliable and physically fit Pork Manufacturing / Meat Process Workers for ongoing positions across our Wetherill Park and Arndell Park sites.

These roles are suited to candidates who are comfortable working in a food production and cold-storage environment and handling raw pork products.

Available Shifts

Wetherill Park

- Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:36pm | $33.00/hr
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:36pm | $36.00/hr

Arndell Park

- Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:36pm
- Afternoon Shift: 1:30pm - 10:06pm

About the Role

Duties may include:

- Working with raw pork products
- Food production and processing
- Packing and preparing products
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting
- Working in chilled and cold-storage areas
- General production and warehouse duties
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Following site safety procedures

What We're Looking For





- Previous food production, meat processing or manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable handling raw pork
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Able to work in chilled environments
- Reliable and available Monday to Friday
- Must have your own reliable transport
- Robust focus on safety, hygiene and attendance
