Limelight People are currently recruiting experienced Mental Health Nurses to join a well-established Community Mental Health team supporting an Older Adults caseload in Regional Victoria.

Located approximately 1.5 to 2 hours from Melbourne, these opportunities offer the chance to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive multidisciplinary environment and excellent employment benefits.
Working within a recovery-oriented framework, you will manage a community-based caseload and deliver evidence-based mental health care to older adults, working collaboratively with consumers and broader health services.

3-6 month contracts available, $85 per hr plus super plus salary sacrifice.

Essential Criteria

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience managing a caseload within a Community Mental Health setting
- Previous experience working within Older Adult Mental Health services is essential
- Strong understanding of recovery-oriented practice and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Short notice period and ability to start asap or within 2 weeks
