Part-time Property Manager | Western Suburbs | $89,600

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing residential property management business with hands-on owners who understand the demands of the role.

You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 100 properties, with the flexibility to structure your working week around your productivity. With an experienced Property Management owner who understands the day-to-day challenges, you'll have the support you need without the micromanagement.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 CBD properties end-to-end
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, leasing and tenancy matters
- Manage rent reviews, lease renewals and general portfolio administration
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and processes
- Handle property-related issues independently and proactively




- Attend occasional Saturday property showings, with TOIL provided

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Strong portfolio management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach to managing competing priorities
- Someone who values flexibility, accountability and a supportive working environment

The Details:

- Location:Western suburbs
- Hours:Four days per week, 9:00am–5:00pm
- Office Day:Tuesday
- Work From Home:Highly adaptable, with additional office attendance optional
- Salary:$89,600 pro rata
- Systems:PropertyMe, Tapi and Inspection Express
- Additional Benefits:Commission structure and TOIL for occasional Saturday work
