TRP Recruitment is seeking motivated, reliable and hardworking Warehouse Pickers to join a brand-new distribution centre in Eastern Creek. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing operation supplying food and beverage products to convenience retailers across Australia.

We are looking for experienced voice pickers who are comfortable handling heavy items and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. With both AM and PM shifts available, competitive hourly rates and great onsite facilities, this is an opportunity to secure ongoing work with a supportive team.

Shift Times & Pay Rates

AM Shift: 5:00am starts – $42 per hour

PM Shift: 1:30pm starts – $48 per hour

Ongoing opportunities available for reliable candidates who are committed to consistent attendance and meeting performance expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Voice picking orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Picking and handling heavy food and beverage products

- Operating electric pallet jacks to move stock throughout the warehouse

- Palletising, packing and preparing orders for dispatch

- Completing manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy items





- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

- Working towards operational targets and maintaining solid picking rates

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 12 months' voice picking experience

- A minimum of 12 months' electric pallet jack experience

- Experience handling heavy items and completing manual handling tasks

- A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

- The ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

- Excellent reliability, punctuality and attendance

- Reliable transport to and from Eastern Creek

- Recent, contactable work references

- Availability to commit to your selected shift and ongoing roster
