About the role:

- Lead ARN's Adelaide and Perth commercial business, driving revenue growth across broadcast, digital audio, integrated solutions and emerging media opportunities.
- Shape the future of two key markets as the senior local leader, influencing commercial performance, culture, engagement and business strategy.
- Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with major advertisers, agencies, industry partners and community stakeholders.
- Inspire, coach and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams to achieve ambitious growth and market share targets.
- Partner with ARN's national sales, digital and Integrate teams to unlock premium client solutions and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Act as the public face of ARN across Adelaide and Perth, enhancing the company's reputation, influence and market presence.
- Lead through influence across multiple functions and stakeholders, aligning local priorities with ARN's strategic objectives.
- Join Australia's leading audio company and play a pivotal role in accelerating commercial success across two agile markets.
