Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and legal partners, you will ensure contracts are commercially competitive, compliant and aligned with business objectives while driving value, mitigating risk and supporting operational success.

In this role, you will:

- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for value creation and cost savings.

- Support supplier onboarding and utilisation of Tronox systems.
- Develop clear, commercially sound contract documentation that minimises risk and maximises value.
- Maintain accurate contract records and procurement documentation within Coupa.
- Track and report procurement savings and contract performance outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements across the contract management function.
- Develop and implement category strategies that support operational and business objectives.

About You

You are a commercially minded procurement or contracts professional who thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships, negotiating successful outcomes and delivering value through strategic contract management. With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of risk and compliance requirements, you can confidently manage multiple priorities while supporting a safe and high-performing workplace.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Knowledge of contract law and contract management principles.
- Experience in procurement, supply, contracts or category management.
- Experience using Coupa or a similar contract management or source-to-contract system.
- Exposure to mining, resources, manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience managing contracts across MRO, site services, equipment hire, logistics, labour hire, corporate services or related categories.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with SAP S/4HANA experience viewed favourably.

You will also demonstrate:

- Strong contract management and administration capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
- Sound financial and commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, legislation and industry standards.
- Well-developed negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience preparing tender documentation, business cases and approval submissions.
