We are seeking on going staff to join our clients team based in Shanes Park,
You will be required to work along the killing line & packaging room in a Kosher Meat Factory.

Key responsibilities

- Plucking & Gutting poultry meat
- Quality control of all operations during production.
- Conduct daily food safety and quality checks during receival, processing, finished products, storage and dispatching
- Monitor food safety and quality controls throughout the poultry processing and packing operations.
- Verify that products meet specified quality, safety, weight, temperature, appearance, and packaging requirements.
- Working as team, aliasing with staff on health & safety requirements
- Following all health & safety requirements outlined in health & safety handbook & Follow food safety (HACCP) standards
- Must be able bodied, heavy lifting requirements - 20kg

- Physically able, will have requirements to lift 20kg

- Comfortable working in cold environments & standing for long periods
- Must have valid drivers licence & own transportation
