Build Your Career on Landmark Aviation Projects An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading international project advisory and cost consultancy delivering some of Australia's most significant aviation and infrastructure projects.
Working on a landmark airport expansion programme, you'll play a key role in the delivery of major projects across airport terminals, airfields, aprons and associated infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects while building your career within a business that genuinely invests in its people.
About the Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for providing expert cost management advice across the full project lifecycle, working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities include:

- Cost planning, estimating and feasibility studies
- Cost reporting and financial forecasting
- Procurement and tender evaluations
- Contract administration and variation assessments
- Value engineering and cost optimisation
- Stakeholder and client management
- Commercial and financial reporting
- Supporting the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects

About You We're looking for a self-motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes and eager to continue developing their career.
You will ideally have:





- 5+ years' Quantity Surveying or Cost Management experience
- Infrastructure, transport, aviation, rail or major projects experience
- Strong CostX experience
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- A desire to learn, grow and take on greater responsibility
- AIQS or RICS accreditation (or working towards) highly regarded
