About the role

The primary purpose of this position is to work with the CTO and provide development effort and coordinate with various off-shore development teams. The position will require confident technical acumen and the ability to provide design solutions for complex problems and guide technical teams to develop solutions that satisfy business requirements. The position will also be involved in day-to-day activities involving the business and gathering requirements, understanding and developing processes to improve business efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

- Guide technical direction, make key architectural and design decisions, set coding standards, and ensure the team builds things the right way

- Work around obstacles, answer technical questions, review code and ensure developers stay on-track

- Turn product requirements into technical plans,



and explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders

- Own the technical health of the codebase: code reviews, testing practices, technical debt decisions, and system reliability

- Communicate and report on technical activities to stakeholders and the CTO

- Provide reports and updates in a timely manner

- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement and deploy technical solutions

- Work on individual projects as outlined by the CTO or key stakeholders

- Create design documents according to document guidelines

- Implement technical solutions to satisfy requirements

About you

- 3-5+ years of experience

- Robust skills in software development and encompassing technologies

- Experience in software and database design and architecture

- Experience implementing solutions on multi-mode platforms such as web, desktop and mobile environments

- Strong background knowledge on technology and development methodologies, experience working on enterprise-level systems

- Proficiency in .Net Platform (C#, asp.net)

- Proficiency in Web Technologies (React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS)

- Proficiency in Database technologies (SQL, MSSQL)

- Ability to translate activities to processes and business requirements

- Ability to develop metrics to monitor and measure process performance
