We’re partnering with a highly regarded creative and marketing agency to find an experienced Design Director with a strong healthcare background. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer who thrives on creating exceptional work across branding, campaigns, digital assets, and corporate communications while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the creative process from concept through to delivery, producing visually compelling and strategically aligned work across a diverse range of projects. You’ll play a key role in shaping creative outcomes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring every piece of work meets both commercial objectives and brand standards.

A significant focus of the position involves developing polished, detail-driven layouts and long-form documents where accuracy, consistency, and presentation are essential. You’ll balance creative thinking with hands-on execution, bringing ideas to life while navigating the unique requirements and compliance considerations of the healthcare sector.

To be successful,



you’ll have 4-5 years of experience in a creative or design role within an agency environment, along with strong healthcare or pharmaceutical sector experience. You’ll possess advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly in InDesign, and be comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional attention to detail, strong layout capabilities, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and production are essential.

Experience with Figma, After Effects, or Premiere Pro will be viewed favourably, as will exposure to industries beyond healthcare.
