About the role

This traineeship offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical administrative skills and gain hands-on experience within a busy electrical and plumbing services business.

- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries via email and in person.
- Entering customer jobs and service requests into internal systems.
- Coordinating with technicians to arrange and manage service jobs.
- Assisting with invoicing and general administrative duties.

- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional telephone manner.
