We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Area Manager who thrives on building robust client relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service.

If you’re a natural communicator, a hands-on problem solver, and passionate about operational excellence—this is your chance to make a real impact. In this dynamic role, you'll:

- Attend & complete inspections at your portfolio of sites (60-80 sites).

- Manage relationships with all customers in allocated portfolio.

- Assist Operations Managers with new site or portfolio implementations.

- Ensure all Work Orders or complaints raised within your portfolio are actioned and completed within the KPI set.





- Quote ad hoc work & ensure successful delivery of the work for clients.

- Identify and feedback sales / quoting / recharge opportunities

- Time sheet management and accurate payroll submissions each period

- All sites visited and inspected once per Month and iAuditor inspections performed
and recorded at all sites.

- Respond to all communications in a timely manner.

- To be the first point of call for site leads to contact with any issues or queries, to avoid

- Review, action and respond to site attendance reports you receive from customer service, ensuring you respond within required timeframes.
