Early Childhood Education and Care Trainer and Assessor
Granville, NSW | Initial six-month contract

H&H; Accredited Training is a nationally registered training organisation based in Granville, specialising in the care and community sectors. We’re seeking a qualified Early Childhood Education and Care Trainer and Assessor to deliver our Certificate III and Diploma programs.

This position will commence on a six-month contract.

About the role

Bring your industry knowledge into the classroom and help students build the skills and confidence to succeed in early childhood education and care.

Working alongside our training team, you will:
Deliver engaging, practical training in classroom and online settings.
Assess student work and provide transparent, constructive feedback.
Support and mentor students throughout their learning journey.
Connect learning to everyday practice in early childhood services.
Maintain accurate training, assessment and student progress records.




Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our training and assessment.

About you

You’re an experienced early childhood professional who enjoys sharing your knowledge and helping others succeed. You bring a creative approach to teaching, clear communication skills and the patience to support learners with different backgrounds and abilities.

Essential requirements
At minimum a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Significant relevant industry experience and current knowledge of early childhood practice.
Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning workplace.
Solid organisational skills and a commitment to supporting student progress.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
An unrestricted driver licence.
