Job Description:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of a busy retail store, including lottery sales, newspapers, magazines, gifts and general merchandise.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Operate cash registers, EFTPOS and POS systems.
Process Lotterywest ticket sales, payouts and customer transactions in accordance with Lotterywest procedures.
Handle cash, balance tills and maintain accurate transaction records.
Receive deliveries, replenish stock and maintain product displays.
Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.
Maintain store cleanliness, organisation and presentation.
Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.




Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist with opening and closing the store.
Work independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operations.
