You're a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes all things digital — the kind of person who spots the next big social trend before breakfast and already has three campaign ideas by lunch. You thrive on variety, juggle deadlines with a smile, and know that in a high-paced airport hotel, "busy" is the baseline and "brilliant" is the standard. With a knack for words, an eye for a excellent image, and you're just as comfortable crafting a press release as you are briefing an agency or building a 12-month marketing calendar. You're a natural connector and you bring energy, ideas and a sense of humour to everything you do.

What you will be doing

As our Digital Marketing gun at Novotel & ibis Styles Melbourne Airport, you'll own the online presence of not one but two brands — from microsites and Accor channels to third-party platforms, keeping imagery, content, special offers and e-newsletters fresh, sharp and impossible to scroll past.



You'll run our social media channels (with agency support and plenty of room to make your mark), drive website traffic through SEO and SEM.

You will build a rolling 12-month marketing calendar that keeps our Food & Beverage venues, leisure offerings and Meetings & Events front of mind. That means cracking promos for Boccata, Small Holdings and Amber State, event activations, collateral design, eDMs and paid campaigns, all while managing supplier and media agency relationships, growing our guest database and keeping our image and video library picture-perfect. You'll report monthly on campaign ROI, work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, champion PR and communications across the hotel, hunt down current initiatives before anyone else spots them, and bring bold, creative ideas to fill the quiet periods and smash the peaks.
