What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming patients with a warm, professional smile.
Managing appointments, bookings, confirmations and cancellations.
Answering phone calls, emails and patient enquiries.
Processing payments and explaining treatment fees and payment options.
Supporting treatment plan follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating the practice management system.
Coordinating with dentists and dental assistants to keep the day running smoothly.
Helping create a positive, organised and welcoming reception area.

The Person We’re Looking For

You are someone who:
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Is confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with patients.
Is organised, proactive and outstanding at multitasking.
Has a friendly, positive attitude and a genuine care for people.
Can stay calm and qualified in a busy environment.
Works well independently

Pay: $29.50 – $38.71 per hour
