Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Steward to join our culinary team on a casual basis.

This is a hands-on role where you will work behind the scenes to support daily kitchen operations, maintain high hygiene standards and help create an effective setting for our chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What you’ll be doing:
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across kitchen, storage and back-of-house areas.
Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, equipment and cookware.
Cleaning kitchen equipment and workspaces in line with food safety standards.
Supporting chefs and kitchen team members during service periods.
Assisting with preparation tasks and ensuring kitchen areas are ready for service.
Managing waste disposal and recycling in accordance with hotel procedures.
Following workplace health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
