Job Title: Experienced Baker – Part-Time

Soulte Commercial is looking for an experienced part-time Baker to join our production team at our Penrith warehouse.

We are looking for someone with strong bakery experience who can consistently produce high-quality products and work efficiently within a commercial production workplace.

Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a range of breads and bakery products
Produce pastries, croissants, danishes and focaccias
Prepare savoury bakery items
Follow recipes and production standards consistently
Maintain quality, presentation and portion consistency
Assist with preparation and production planning
Monitor stock and ingredients required for production
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
Work collaboratively with the wider production team




Assist with developing and suggesting recent bakery products and menu items when required

Requirements
Previous skilled baking experience is required
Experience working in a commercial bakery or production environment preferred
Strong knowledge of breads, pastries, croissants, danishes and focaccias
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
Reliable, organised and able to manage production timelines
Flexibility with working hours, including early morning shifts where required

This is a part-time position based at Soulte Commercial in Penrith.
