About the role

As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, leading staff, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Key responsibilities
Manage daily retail store operations and ensure smooth business performance
Lead, supervise, and support retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards
Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and ordering processes
Handle customer enquiries, complaints,



and service issues professionally
Implement and maintain store policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Prepare staff rosters and manage team scheduling
Analyse sales performance and assist in developing strategies to improve profitability
Ensure the store presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently maintained
Train and onboard new employees and support ongoing staff development
Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation

About you
Previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
Proven leadership and team management skills
Confident using point-of-sale and inventory systems
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
IT competency
Ability to manage staff performance and operational efficiency
