About the Role

We are offering a full time traineeship that allows you to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care within 12 months while earning a paid income. No prior experience is required—this is an ideal pathway for school leavers, Year 12 graduates, or anyone passionate about starting a rewarding career in early education.

What You Need to Apply:
A genuine desire to educate and nurture young children.
Ability to complete your Certificate III via correspondence.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain one via NSW Office of the Children's Guardian).
Permanent residency or full rights to work in Australia.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:15 PM, Monday to Friday.
