Site Supervisor – Kalgoorlie | 5:2 Roster

Boodjera Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team for a project based in Kalgoorlie.

This is an initial 6-month project, however the position is intended to be an ongoing role across future regional projects.

The role will operate on a 5 days on / 2 days off roster, with the prospect to return home on your days off. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided for use while working in regional areas.

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors and trades, monitoring project progress, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include supervising site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, managing site documentation,



monitoring works against the construction program, maintaining safety and quality requirements, and liaising with Project Managers, clients and suppliers.

The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in a construction supervisory role, strong communication and leadership skills, a good understanding of construction drawings and site documentation, and a solid focus on safety and quality.

A current Australian Driver’s Licence is required, along with the ability to work regionally.
