Job Description

Based in our Brisbane office, you will join our Healthcare and Retirement Living (HRL) Valuation & Advisory team. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality HRL valuation assignments across a diverse range of property types. In this role, no two days are the same; you will gain exposure to wide-ranging and complex assignments, undertaking property inspections, market research, and the preparation of valuation models and well-reasoned reports in accordance with International Valuation Standards.

In this role, you will:
Undertake HRL valuation assignments allocated by senior team members, ensuring that work is completed accurately, professionally and within agreed deadlines.
Conduct property inspections across Queensland, collecting and verifying relevant property, tenancy and market information.




Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all client and valuation matters.
Keep up to date with International Valuation Standards, Australian Property Institute standards, relevant legislation, market developments and skilled best practice.
Comply with Colliers policies, procedures and best practice requirements.
Prepare detailed valuation reports in line with professional and client standards
Build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
Attend client meetings and industry events to strengthen client engagement
Collaborate with other Collier’s business units by identifying and referring opportunities
