Joyride Coffee Co is looking for a skilled Barista / All rounder for our small cafe in Camberwell
We are looking for someone who thrives off creating a memorable customer experience through every cup and every Interaction. We hold ourselves to a high standard because we want to be amongst the best in Melbourne when combining excellent coffee with excellent hospitality.
We pay the Award rate but willing to invest in highly skilled staff members.
20 - 30 Hrs a week available with potential weekend shifts for events and pop ups
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
Confident and skilled Barista all rounder (+3 years experience)
Skilled in basic Food prep
Meticulous and keen attention to detail
Exceptional high standard of work
Lives and breathes customer service.
Bonus Points if you have the following skills!
Content creation
Sick DJ skills
Can bake valuable cookies
