Key Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding, maintenance, and optimisation of the provider network.
Develop and manage relationships with key providers and stakeholders.
Conduct provider performance reviews and identify improvement prospects.
Provide training and support on products, services, and digital platforms.
Manage provider and customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain provider records, reports, and network data.
Gather feedback from providers and customers to enhance service delivery.
Support provider strategy initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
