MyCareer Hub is recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation with a diverse portfolio of businesses across Aged Care, NDIS, Education & Training (RTO), Recruitment, Healthcare and Community Services.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join the team and take ownership of social media and digital content across multiple brands.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content, building brands and working across different industries and audiences. No two days will look the same, with the opportunity to develop creative campaigns and bring recent ideas to life.

What you'll be doing:
Develop and manage social media strategies across multiple brands
Create engaging content including reels, videos, graphics, carousels, stories and written posts
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms
Plan and maintain social media content calendars
Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and audience growth
Create industry-specific content for Aged Care, NDIS, Education, Recruitment and other sectors
Stay up to date with social media trends,



platform changes and emerging content formats
Monitor analytics and use insights to improve content performance
Work closely with internal teams to identify stories, events, achievements and promotional opportunities
Support broader marketing, recruitment and brand initiatives

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation
Robust creative and copywriting skills
Excellent understanding of current social media platforms and trends
Experience using Canva and social media management tools
Confident creating short-form video and engaging visual content
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to work independently
A portfolio or examples of previous work will be highly regarded
