Part-Time or Casual General Practice Nurse – RN / EN

Calliope & Gladstone | GP UltraHub

GP UltraHub is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly and growing team across our Gladstone and Calliope clinics.

We have part-time and casual opportunities available, Monday to Friday, with the role working across both clinic locations.

We’d love to hear from nurses with general practice experience, as well as those looking to develop their skills in primary care.

The Role

Your day may include:
Vaccinations and medication administration
Wound care and dressings
Venipuncture and ECGs
Ear syringing
Assisting GPs with procedures and treatments
Health assessments and preventative care
Chronic disease management
Patient education and support




Maintaining accurate clinical documentation using Best Practice
Coordinating care with GPs, allied health providers and specialists
Contributing to quality improvement, accreditation and clinical governance activities

About You

You will need:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confidence working independently within your scope of practice
Valuable organisation and time-management skills
A commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Previous experience in general practice or primary care and familiarity with Best Practice software would be an advantage, but are not essential for the right applicant.
