As their Customer Service representative, you will be the face of the company, building strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients and ensuring their logistics needs are met with exceptional service.

Highlights of this role
Manage a set portfolio of clients, fostering long-term partnerships
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients and provide tailored solutions
Proactively manage shipments
Prepare regular reporting
Attend customer meetings / reviews
Co-ordination of shipments with transport, shipping lines and destination representatives
Quotations and reporting, including PO reporting and tracking
Tracking of all international shipments for your client portfolio

Preferred Requirements:




Proven experience in a customer service role within Freight Forwarding, with a deep understanding of the industry
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive logistical solutions
Proven track record of effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders
A "can-do" attitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, able to take ownership of client relationships and use initiative to problem-solve
