Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Attendant to join our agile team in Perth's vibrant hospitality sector. This casual role is ideal for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in a fast-paced workplace, providing exceptional service to our guests and contributing to a memorable dining experience.

The role will include the coverage of breakfast shifts with flexibility to assist with evening shifts as required. Business Hours: 4:00am to 11:00pm, primarily covering Monday to Thursday; however additional coverage may be required. This role has the potential for the ideal candidate to advance within the team.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring high standards of presentation.




Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining areas.
Handle cash and process payments in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:
No formal education required; however, a passion for hospitality is essential.
Minimum of 2 year's experience in a Hotel Setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing payments.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
