The Role
Hand-stretching and firing Neapolitan-style pizzas in a wood-fired oven
Evening shifts — our kitchen runs at night, so your days are yours
Minimum 38 hours per week, with the option to take on more if that suits you
Flexible rostering built around the right person

Demonstrated experience with Neapolitan-style, hand-stretched, wood-fired pizza
Comfortable working evenings in a rapid-paced kitchen
Reliable, clean, and serious about food

Working Rights

Under Australian law, you must have the legal right to work in Australia to be considered for this role.



This means you must be:
An Australian citizen, or
A permanent resident, or
A Recent Zealand citizen holding a valid Special Category visa, or
The holder of a valid visa with unrestricted work rights (or with work rights consistent with the hours and conditions of this role)

You will be asked to provide evidence of your right to work (passport, birth certificate, visa grant notice, or VEVO check) before commencing employment. The restaurant cannot employ anyone who does not hold current, lawful working rights.

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
