At Total Tools Tamworth, we’re building the ultimate tool shop and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of it. This role suits someone who enjoys being around tools, solving problems, and helping customers get the right gear not just making a sale. You might be:
A retail team member who wants to step up
A tradie looking to get off the tools
Or someone who just genuinely enjoys tools and learning current products

What the role actually looks like
Talking with customers and helping them find the right solution
Quoting and following up jobs (not just serving at the counter)
Learning a wide range of tools and brands
Staying on top of orders, stock, and customer requests
Putting away stock, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store
Doing the day to day retail tasks that keep the store running properly
Working as part of a tight team that backs each other

What we’re really looking for. This role is a good fit if you:
Take ownership and get things done without being chased
Care about doing the job properly, not just quickly

Are comfortable talking to people and building relationships
Can handle a quick-paced setting
Are happy to get stuck into all aspects of retail not just customer facing work
Are reliable and show up ready to contribute
Available to work Weekdays, Weekends & Public Holidays

Bonus points if you:
Have used tools or worked in a trade
Have quoting or sales experience
Are confident using computers and systems

Expected hours: 38.0 per week

Application Question(s):
Are you available to work weekends and public holidays?
Do you have any existing injuries or physical restrictions that could limit your capacity to perform tasks?
How much notice are you required to give your current employer? (please answer in weeks)
What are your salary/wage expectations for this role?
