About AM Coil
Family-owned commercial HVAC and kitchen exhaust cleaning business, established 1993. We service commercial sites across NSW and the ACT — restaurants, nursing homes, hospitals, and similar venues. No residential work.

The role
You’ll be running your own filter exchange route across Sydney each day, swapping out used kitchen exhaust filters for clean ones at multiple client sites.

How your day runs:
Leave home in your company vehicle, pre-loaded with clean filters from the day before
Work through your scheduled job list across Sydney, exchanging filters at each site
Return to our Silverdale office at the end of the run
Unload used filters and reload clean filters ready for tomorrow
Head home

The full run is designed to be completed within 8 hours. Regular overtime is available if you want the extra hours — not guaranteed, but consistently there for team members who want it.

What we offer
$63,500 per annum base salary + superannuation
Regular overtime available on top of base (not guaranteed, but consistently available)
Company vehicle for work use — garaged at your home, pre-loaded for the next day’s run
