Four Seasons Industries is an Australian-owned manufacturing business specialising in recycled cellulose-based products used across insulation, hydroseeding, erosion control, landfill cover and environmental applications.

We are looking for a motivated and practical Warehouse & Manufacturing Operator to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys operating and maintaining machinery, and understands the importance of keeping equipment running efficiently to meet customer demand.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Processing recycled materials through manufacturing equipment
Operating and monitoring machinery safely and efficiently
Assisting with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Cleaning and maintaining filters, dust extraction systems, and work areas
Monitoring machinery performance and identifying potential issues early
Assisting with warehouse organisation and customer orders
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work workplace

About You

We are looking for someone who:
Has a solid work ethic and takes pride in their role
Enjoys hands-on manufacturing and machinery operation




Is proactive and pays attention to detail
Understands the importance of preventative maintenance and cleanliness
Works efficiently both independently and within a team
Is reliable, practical, and safety-conscious
Is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that can be dusty due to the recycled materials we process

Previous manufacturing, warehousing, machinery operation, or maintenance experience is preferred but not essential if you are genuinely interested in learning and wanting to upksill yourself in this industry.
