Senior Business Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major enterprise-wide AML/CTF regulatory transformation program within a leading financial services organisation.

This is a strategic, business-focused role centred on translating regulatory obligations into practical outcomes, aligning stakeholders across business units and driving consistent approaches to compliance uplift.

Key requirements:
Solid experience delivering AML/CTF reforms within a large financial services setting.
Proven experience across complex, enterprise-wide regulatory transformation programs.
Exceptional stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and decision-making skills.
Experience developing current and target-state models, process maps and delivery roadmaps.
Exposure to financial crime risk frameworks, Line 2 Risk and complex governance structures.
